SAFETY

IN-MET realizes that safety is an important factor when it comes to Heat Treating any job. We set high standards to ensure maximum safety in all our Heat Treating processes. We are committed to maintaining a zero-accident program in line with the industry’s best safety practices.

At IN-MET, our employees operate under strict safety guidelines. One of the greatest hazards associated with Heat Treating is the use of inert gases such as Nitrogen, Argon and Carbon Dioxide, which are used to displace Oxygen and can cause suffocation. At IN-MET we have developed a safety program with clear guidelines and detailed procedures to ensure that we protect our most valuable asset—our people.

We have a well-documented general safety program and carry out inspections and auditing on a routine basis to ensure you are being serviced by the best Heat Treating professionals available. Combined with our general safety program we have monthly safety meetings to ensure that we are always providing our employees with the proper education, tools, and latest safety information available
